The BAMTech Platform Monitor is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting live audio and video streams, real-time video highlights and a large array of Video On Demand content across MLB and partner applications through various mobile and connected device platforms. They will be troubleshooting mobile apps for issues with statistics, scores, and team data. They will work hand in hand with Multimedia Ops teams and mobile/connected device QA and Dev teams to ensure live in app streaming and data are top notch for end users. They will provide client facing operational support for all live streams/events and handle customer service escalations in the production environment by recreating the paid subscriber’s user experience. They will assist with any and all platform troubleshooting and escalation by providing debugging data captures where and when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, communication skills, an intense dedication to detail and a familiarity with online software, programs and mobile/connected devices and applications. Some technical knowledge of the video streaming process is preferred. This is a part time position located in Chelsea.
